Founder Minda Aguhob
Minda Aguhob is the founder of PurposeHire, a regenerative workforce and leadership model grounded in real-world experience, psychology, and human development.
She brings a rare combination of IT contracting expertise, conflict-resolution research, educational assessment, program evaluation, and mindfulness—an integrated foundation that informs her approach to building high-trust, high-performance teams.
Her training includes a master’s in human development and psychology at Harvard University, alongside additional work in educational assessment at NYU. For over a decade, Minda has supported companies across the Bay Area through data science and field IT operations while training individuals in leadership skills, communication, and self-awareness.
